This form is for anyone interested in volunteering with Westie Rescue of Canada (WRC).

NOTE: Please ensure you have read through our Policies and Procedures document before completing this form. All volunteers with WRC are required to provide references and sign a Code of Ethics. Depending on which area(s) you are interested in volunteering with WRC, (e.g., fostering), you may be asked to complete additional forms. By completing the following application, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to these conditions.

All information received by WRC is kept in the strictest of confidence. None of your information will be sold or shared with any third-party outside of WRC.
